The Yahoo! Pipes service limits the number of requests that an individual service can make for feeds on their servers.

We have been in contact with the Yahoo! Pipes business and development teams since May with requests to be added to the whitelist which will allow us to make greater numbers of requests for feeds, however they are not currently accepting requests for new whitelist additions because they are in the middle of a very extended release.

When we last contacted them they have stated that they have no estimates for when this release will be completed or when they will be accepting new whitelist additions.

This means that Yahoo! Pipes feeds will have longer delays between updates, and it may at times be impossible to add new Yahoo! Pipes feeds to dlvr.it due to the limits that Yahoo! enforces.
