To post to Twitter without a URL / Link:

1) Log into dlvr.it

2) Edit your twitter account (rollover and click on edit/pencil icon)

3) Go to the 'Post Content' tab
 
4) Select "Post Title" and/or "Post Body"

5) Select "Post Link" to include the link

6) Save

Tip for Advanced Users:

When posting Body, you may choose between Summary and Full Body content:
