Where can i configure dlvr.it to post RSS posts with used links?

Say i have an RSS channel directed to twitter+facebook:
> Rss post #1 contains title, description, link (i.e "new page in our website"). works great.
> Rss post #2,3,4... all have DIFFERENT links. works great.
> Rss post #5 contains #1's links, with different title/description (i.e. "we have updated content on the new page")
PROBLEM:
dlvr.it won't push this post to twitter/facebook.
Maybe because it's a used link?
How can this be solved?

I see you've tried the "Republish items with updated timestamps" feature for one of your feeds. If you ensure that the item GUID is truly unique for each "new" post, that would be the best way to ensure our system sees the items as new. ^JP
