Posting items from Google reader via dlvr.it is simple. First, you create a Custom dlvr.it Link in Google Reader. Then, when you want to share an item from Google Reader, you just click 'Send To' and select the dlvr.it icon.

To Create a Custom dlvr.it Link for sharing from Google Reader:

1. Log into Google Reader

2. Go to Settings > Reader Settings

3. Go to Send To Tab > Create Custom Link

4. Fill in the Custom Link fields with the following values:
