I have fixed the issue in my rss feed by validating from feedvalidator.org but the dlvr.it is still showing same message after half an hour.
Is there a caching conflict and if so what is the cache time before the feed is revalidated by dlvr.it?
Or is there a limit of error tries before it locks the rss feed url as invalid?

Issue resolved for me, I was able to add the source again.
The issue started happening after the rss feed failed many times due to symbols in the title and description. After fixing the symbols issue I deleted the source in dlvr.it and than tried to add the source again, but that's when it started to give connection failed errors.
Hope in future we are alerted to wait for 1 or 2 hours so that we don't assume there is a new issue with rss or dns entry which only dlvr.it is seeing and not my browsers.
dlvr.it only notifies after disabling a feed, which occurs after 24 hours of continuous errors. This is intentional to allow services to go offline for maintenance or temporary service problems without causing errors in content delivery.
