We are currently tracking an issue on Facebook where not all users are able to see updates made by applications.  Reproduction cases have been submitted to Facebook.

Not all users appear to be affected by this problem - for instance, my Facebook account is unable to see most updates, while some other dlvr.it employees' accounts are not affected at all.

We will update this announcement as more information becomes available.

As of 2011.11.08, Facebook appears to have resolved this issue, as described here:  https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/151722701585098
