When you create a Facebook destination in dlvr.it:

1) If the account you log in with is a page administrator, you will be presented with the choice of posting to the user's page, or to the fan page's.

2) Select the Fan Page

If are not presented with the option to post to the Fan Page, you may need to log out of Facebook and log back in to the Facebook account of the Fan Page administrator.
