error message 'The parameter subject is required' and delivery to facebook not working

I think the problem is you need to install the facebook dlvr.it app from facebook to your facebook page, but it does not mention this error in the dlvr.it help

You do not need to perform any actions on Facebook other than granting the permissions required during login when adding your Destination.
The error message you refer to came directly from Facebook when we attempted to post your content, and was not generated by dlvr.it.
Your Facebook is currently set to post a Status Update with only the URL and no content (title/body), but I do not see any errors listed so it appears that you have reauthorized or deleted/readded the account.
