How do I control the number of posts and times?

I use a feed to go from my events calendar on my website to my social media.  How do I change the settings to trickle all of those days activities to those facebook pages.  Now they post when I add them to the calendar or only once for a weekly event.  I want the Wednesday wine special to appear every Wednesday.

Ginger,

You can control the number of posts and posting times using the "Max Per Day" and "Max Per Update" options, combined with Trickle and Scheduling.  The first two options speak for themselves, I think.  Trickle ensures that we post all of your items, even if you post more than "Max Per Update" at one time.  (With Trickle disabled, items above and beyond your Max are simply marked as Read and not considered for posting again.)

Scheduling allows you to pick the times and days when you want your feed content delivered.  If you add most of your content at night, but you know your social readers are mostly active during the day, you can configure your schedule to only update the feed (and thus post) during those times.

There's no way for us to ensure that a "Wednesday post" goes out only on Wednesday unless that's the day you post it, and that's the day we retrieve it.
